Vector Space
Defining by example, a vector space is a space that is defined by N vectors such that you can multiply and add vectors in that space and they map to other regions in that space.
Subspace
A subspace is a vector space inside of another vector space.
Column Space
A column space is a vector space with "dimension" n (there are only n eigenvectors that uniquely represent that space) and m >= n which is the linear combination of the column vectors in the matrix.
