Feedback is important for learning because it helps you figure out where you are wrong/need to improve. The more immediate and specific the feedback the better. There are also different types of feedback: feedback that tells you how well you did (for example, a grade), what you can improve on, and how to improve it. The last of these three feedback the better, and will allow you to make more progress which is why getting a mentor is so valuable. ^06b262
