Experts Are Bad Presenters

So, this is a common thread I've seen that someone being knowledgeable in a field does not make them good at sharing that knowledge. This is pretty frustrating because these people are the ones who, because of their lack of presentation skills, make it harder for others to understand what they are trying to say. I also think that these people will have less success as experts/knowledge workers and this is an important [[soft-skills|soft skill]]. I wonder if there is a way to make a program that makes these boring presentations more engaging? #question
