Eating Protein Makes You Full

From a Youtube video I watched the guy talked a lot about how our bodies know what we need to some degree and crave that food.

One reason for this is the amino-static hypothesis which states that our bodies want to keep a specific amount of amino acids in our bodies and if we don't have that amount if makes us hungry. The other fact is that the more protein you eat the more "satisfied" hormones get released.

Most people eat too little protein. You need a minimum of 0.8g/kg of body weight to not get deficient. This is not the optimal protein intake.
