Compound Investments

What are some things that my current self can do that my future self would be greatful for?
Scratchpad
Follow up, what are things that compound over time, (things that start small but grow the more you do them) I should find acttivites that have the most compounding effect over my lifetime for my happiness, I should work on all of them concurrently so that they can be improved, but I should not split my attention. Do each thing like once per week or something like that. Sort by compounding amount and impact on my life.
I should mostly only be doing things that maxmimie my future reward (so when working out, focus on form and what improves gains, even if it is socially awkward to do so)
There are 2 wparts to this. Things that I should do that my future self would be thnankful for and thinkgs i shouldn't do
Because I am younger than I will ever be, change is easier for my brain to do.
Habits don't just exist in the brain, but the body to (muscle memory, hunger)
Questions
? Think about what maximizes my future happiness/what improves people's happiness long term ! For all of these thinggs that I write here, I should ask myself questions on how to improve
