Longevity

Here is going to be my collection of thoughts about longevity.
Measurement is key
If you want to predict how long you're going to live, maximize that number, or slow down aging as much as possible, then you have to know about your current state. Concretely: regular blood panels, periodic blood-glucose monitoring, continuous heart-rate / SpO2 / HRV / sleep tracking, and recurring measurements of body composition.
You know what you're going to die from
For the most part, people die from predictable causes. You guess and be most-likely correct with a random person about what they're going to die from (heart-disease, cancer), so that means you should be SUPER accurate with knowing how you're going to die since you live in your own body. It doesn't make sense to live knowing about how you're going to die but not doing anything about it.
